Terms of Service
​
1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling your child at The Giving Tree Guam, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”), which form a binding contract between you and the daycare.

2. Services Provided
-
Full-day/part-day childcare (ages 6 weeks – 5 years).

Curriculum-based early education (Guam Early Learning Guidelines).

Meals/snacks (USDA-compliant).

Outdoor play and nap supervision.

3. Health & Safety
-
Immunizations: Up-to-date records required (or medical/religious exemption per Guam law).

Illness Policy: Child must be fever-free 24 hrs without medication before return.

Medication: Only with physician/parent written authorization; stored in locked cabinet.

Emergencies: Staff trained in Pediatric CPR/First Aid; parents called immediately.

4. Behavior & Discipline
Positive guidance only (no corporal punishment). Repeated unsafe behavior may lead to suspension/expulsion (with 3-strike written notice).

5. Photo/Video Release
Default: Opt-Out. Photos used internally unless you sign marketing consent.

6. Liability & Insurance

We maintain commercial general liability and accident insurance.

Parents assume risk for pre-existing conditions not disclosed.

7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate enrollment immediately for:

Threats to staff/children.

Falsified documents.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Guam. Disputes resolved in Guam Superior Court.

9. Force Majeure
No liability for closure due to typhoons, pandemics, or government orders. Credits issued for 5+ consecutive closure days.
